Includes oil and gas exploration and production, oilfield services, and international offshore banking and insurance including Chevron. Former CFO of CCS Income Trust increased shareholder value by 600% in four years. Former President and Director of the Petroleum Accountants Society of Canada.

Dr. Francisco Vieira, PhD Geology, Acting VP Exploration and GM – Mozambique
23 years of experience in the energy industry principally in exploration and operations in Mozambique. Dean of Geology/Geophysics at Eduardo Mondlane University, member of the government advisory council for oil and gas, President of International Petroleum Operators Association of Mozambique. Study of Rovuma Basin led to major offshore discovery.

Belle Toren, Chief Petroleum Negotiator and Counsel (Outside)
27 years of legal experience and is a graduate (with High Honors) from the Duke University School of Law. Former General Counsel and Vice President Legal involved with international operations with Triton Energy Ltd. and Hess Corporation. Ms. Toren has extensive experience with African and international oil and gas agreements and negotiations including Triton’s 1999 Ceiba discovery in Equatorial Guinea’s Offshore Rio Muni Basin to start of production in a short 14 months.

Ross McCullough, P. Geol., General Manager – Exploration

+30 years of experience in international exploration and production oil and gas operations. He has a successful track record of leading exploration teams in basin modeling and finding oil and gas in West and North Africa with Amoco International, Sasol and Nexen.
